Coordination Lead, Central Command Centre

  • I provided a liaison interface for Wellington MIQFs between regions and the National headquarters.
  • Coordinated efforts between the Capital and Coast District Health Board (DHB), New Zealand Defence Force (NZDF), Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment (MBIE) and local Iwi to deliver the MIQF response in the Wellington region, often resolving stakeholder differences to achieve acceptable compromises.
  • Led a weekly meeting with key stakeholders in the region. As a result, this saw the inclusion of local Iwi, police, MBIE, DHB, NZDF personnel and private security.

  • NZ Housing project for the construction of housing in support of Te Puni Kōkiri in 2020 – the contract included project planning, budgeting and logistics of 12 houses built by NZ Army apprentices per annum with a budget of $2M.
