I have just recently taken up the senior operator postion at leaderbrand bombay. Starting at the bottom of the company with hand planting on the back of a single bed planter and moving through the company like planting and driving planter tractor. Also harvesting by hand and also driving our harvest unit with trailers.
With many different type of jobs that involved different implements and tractors i have proven i can do it to my best and having the respect for our gear and also knowing how to maintain it and also fix it or improve it sometimes when needed to get a better result.
And now being senior operator at 19 on our ground work crew and also doing digger work like dirt moving with silt control.

I have nearly 3 years experience driving tractors starting in some of our smaller tractor in the company with a john deere 6125 with a single bed hand planter
And now on our biggest gear working with two 7230R skinny tyre and a phat tyre and also our dual 8530
I have had experience with many different implements
8530: V rippers and tyne plow and one of our largest scoops
7230s: Scoop, powerharrow, blading, plowing, mulcher, seeder, rotary bed former
6140, tickling, hoeing,
Also have digger experience on a 14 ton cat and also a smaller kubota, with moving dirt with scoops and emptying silt traps and also many other jobs that involve a digger
Have experience on 2500L sprayer with front mount tank and 16 meter booms

I love big tractors and always willing to learn and go bigger and want to get good as much as i can and always want to go bigger.
I respect the gear the best i can love the look of a clean tractor and taking photos of them and sharing with mates.
I like a clean cab to work in a keeping it clean and driving in socks if can.
I always like to keep an eye on what my machine is doing and maintain or improve it or even try my best to fix it if i know how to and im good and greasing and and a prestart check of the machine is important.
I like working early mornings and nights.
