Throughout my long-standing educational activities, I have diligently delved into teaching materials, curricula, and pedagogical methods. I have been fearless in exploring reforms in English teaching, actively participating in various educational research activities, and focusing on studying new trends in teaching. I emphasize the cultivation of students' comprehensive abilities. My primary teaching approach includes methods such as the "Five-Step Approach," with cleverly designed scenarios. I integrate education with enjoyment, employing various forms to invigorate the teaching process, thus maintaining students' strong interest in learning. I deeply care about my students, especially those who may struggle. I help them shed their burdens and instill confidence in their learning. As a result, my educational achievements are notably significant.
