Summary

I am a dedicated, hardworking team player with a positive attitude toward learning. During my postgraduate degree, I authored a research paper on the economic and environmental benefits of a wireless roadway charging system and its impact on consumer demand for electric vehicles. Since completing my tertiary education, I have been working at Westpac NZ in the business banking sector providing me the opportunity everyday to dive into a business, analyse their financial position, and come up with loan structures tailored to their goals. A semester abroad during my undergraduate studies has enhanced my ability to work effectively with diverse groups. I am always open to new challenges, building relationships, and seizing opportunities to learn. I am enthusiastic about leveraging my educational background and work place experiences to address real-world issues and enhance people's standards of living.

Interests

  • I have a passion for drawing, painting, and anything creative. Beyond personal enjoyment, my interest in fine arts has cultivated a keen eye for detail, creativity, and critical thinking., Fitness is an important aspect of my lifestyle.
  • My commitment to fitness has instilled in me valuable traits such as discipline, goal-setting, and perseverance. Currently playing 7-aside and 11-aside football (soccer).

STRENGTHS

  • Attention to detail: Ensures precision in financial analysis therefore effective risk assessment. Attention to detail also reduces the risk of non-compliance and potential legal issues in my current role.
  • Adaptable: Adaptability is key when faced with challenges in your work. For example, as I progress through a lending deal, changes in the borrowers financial status or unexpected circumstances means you have to pivot your approach to make the deal work if there is good reason for it to work.
