I am confident in my multitasking skills,working under pressure,and ability to communicate with customers. I have experience working as a front-of-house for 2 years and Human Resource assistant for 9 years. On top of that, I am a rugby player. I learned the important of communication in big and small groups from the rugby teamwork! And As a captain, I learned the importance of creating an environment where each team member can approach challenges positively,maintaining close communication,and applying the best approaches for each player to achieve the team's goals!

I am open-minded and always find new ways to improve my technique.
