To describe my style towards training clients would be enthusiastic and exiting, I believe that everyone is different and one size does not fit all. In my time as a PT I have experienced some clients need a lot of extra motivation compared to other who just enjoy exercise but also need a few tips here and there to boost the efficiency of their technique so they get the most out of their session.
I believe everyone deserves to push their body to its full potential and this is something I am very passionate about. I think that fitness should be apart of everyone's routine but it must be in some form that they can enjoy, it should not feel like a chore more like treating your body with the respect it deserves inside and outside of the gym. For me fitness has shaped me to be a better man for myself and the people around me, if you apply the same principles outside of the gym into your life like; Consistency, determination and patience it can take your mind and body very far and this is what I try to implement into my clients.
