Summary

As you will see I have an extensive background in sales management which gives me years of experience meeting goals and key performance metrics.

I am driven to succeed on all levels and I'm not afraid to roll up my sleeves and get my hands dirty if it is required. I have always been focused on doing the best for my people and ensuring they have all the tools that are required to succeed.

Building effective relationships and communication is a key strength that comes from an honest, say it how it needs to be said approach. Firm but fair.

I'm familiar with LMS training systems and have helped with management, development of content, implementation and ongoing training.

I come from a family that are commercial fishermen as well as enjoying the recreational side. I have a healthy respect for the ocean and how unpredictable that can be.
