Successfully managed the CBD revitalization $15M and the Ashburton Relief Sewer projects $10M, the duties of these projects included:

• Replacing all the 3 waters assets including with bigger and better-quality material
• Managed water & wastewater operation & maintenance contract for the entire district
• Renewals of all the 3Waters connections to the houses and business
• Upgrades the streets of the CBD
• Footpath, lights, rain gardens, installation of new smart parking sensors
• Managed several 3Waters renewals projects across the district including Hind's main water pipe renewal project
• Monitoring the operations and maintenance team performance and KPIs

• Managed the upgrades, renewals and projects programme of the regional contract
• Projects completed including the new 900l/s UV plant and outfall channel
• Relining of the Moa Point WWTP interceptor and the upgrades to the pump house including replacing 2 massive 750l/s pumps
• Renewal and service of the Adelaide Street pigging station
• Upgraded the inlet works to Porirua WWTP including installation of ultrasonic level and flow sensors.
• Asset assessment and reporting on all the regional plants as part of the LTP regional upgrades
• Develop project briefs, plan, and monitor deliveries, manage budget, and financial reports

• Managed to lead their compliance programme and the leachate STP procurement, installation and commissioning, other duties include:
• Design of ammonia and boron removal treatment to comply with the resource consents requirements
• Follow up with the relevant suppliers and contractors regarding the RFI, RFQ, RFP, etc…
• Prepare engineering troubleshooting documents and SOPs to improve the performance of the plant
• Follow up with the relevant subcontractors to finish the job as per the required standards

Managed the design and construction contracts of the water & wastewater treatment facilities and infrastructure at the Abu Dhabi Midfield Terminal Building – MTB ($1.6B), Farha/Saiwan Oil Fields Development project $350M, the development of the New Port & Dry Dock at Duqm in Oman - NPDD ($1.4B), typical duties include:

• Managed the civil works subcontractors – infrastructure and roading.
• Prepared assets register to the Ports Authorities
• Providing technical solutions for the process and commissioning of the treatment plants
• Managing earthworks, construction, piping, mechanical installation, and other activities on site
• Manage budget and cost allocations in line with project specifications
• Achieved project deadlines by coordinating with contractors to manage performance.
• Identified plans and resources required to meet project goals and objectives.
• Conducted regular performance reviews, identifying areas for improvement and developing action plans to address them.

• Optimised process and operation of the site utilities producing 1,000 CMD of desalianted water for heat recovery system

• Completed 3 rounds of chemical treatment and cleaning of the boilers and the HRSG
• O&M responsibilities of the facilities and the heat recovery steam generators on site including process optimization
