• Manual Car and Motorbike Driver’s Licenses (Bangladesh and New Zealand).

• Install structures and fixtures, such as windows and molding
• Construct building frameworks, including wall studs, floor joints and doorframes
• Follow blueprints and building plans to meet the needs of clients
• Measure, cut or shape wood, plastic, fiberglass, drywall and other materials
• Inspect and replace damaged framework or other structures and fixtures
• Install structures and formwork concrete box
• Help put up, level and install building framework with the aid of large pulleys and cranes
• Instruct and direct laborers and other construction trade helpers formwork carpenter
• Be an active member of the site team
• Maintain and respect personal Company and client equipment property and plant
• On completion of concrete floors prepare building for timber framing precast block
• Joinery as per plans and specifications
• Set out job as per plans and specifications supplied, prepare all formwork ready for concrete pour to foundation and floor as detailed on plans and specification
• Brickwork as plans and specification dictate on completion of all exterior framing and in some cases cladding install all exterior
• Supply and maintain a tool kit including basic gear such as skill saw and drop saw nail gun power drill etc. Demonstrate competency in carpentry work and have previous experience in construction industry
• Make formwork concrete box and timer framing all other wood framing hard knock carpentry and knock down rebuild joinery slab carpentry.
