• PACE, Wellington (KiwiRail) - Asset Information modelling and Handover to Client.
• Te-Ara-Tupua Alliance, Wellington (NZTA, HCC and WCC) - Digital Engineering Manager for effectively deliver project with agreed digital standard of information. Asset Information modelling and data schema setup in accordance to AMDS.
• TQHR and AQ, Wellington (WCC) - Project setup and coordination and resourcing. Working with GIS and automation team for Project GIS setup for Qualities and digital permits. vGIS for AR technology for Client and stakeholder engagement.
• Porirua Wastewater Tank, Wellington (Wellington Water) - Project setup, staging and sequencing modelling with Volumes and quantities.
• Irex - Overseeing project setup and resouring.
• Papakura to Pukekohe, Auckland (KiwiRail) - Asset Information modelling and As-Built coordination.
• Wiri to Quay Park, Auckland (KiwiRail) - Asset Information modelling and As-Built coordination.

• Writing of Digital BIM execution plans, Common data environment and create process and workflows to utilized on project and continuously improve and enhance as required.
• Created Automation for efficiency.
• Part of the Autodesk leadership team.

• Running Personal development plans or goal setting for the staff for career progression.
• Have represented downer internal in different business groups and externally on digital capabilities in downer when required in the various regional and national conferences.

• Geometrics design for road optioneering using 12d Model
• Infraworks model for community and client consultation

• Working as lead for delivering technical CAD drawings for Tender submission
• Managing various packages for Geotechnical discipline and providing technical advice using collaborative tools like leapfrog and 12d for 3D modelling and optioneering
• Giving instructions to junior CAD and assisting the CAD Manager for other packages when required.

• Leading 3D geometrics design and Earthworks design using 12d model and Civil3D
• Responsible for CAD Management and Delivery for various packages
• Managing team of 5-6 CAD and designers
• Setting up BIM processes like Common data environment, Execution plans and design checks using navisworks
• Responsible for coordination between construction and design team for Delivering fit for purpose design which is machine control compatible.
