In this role I picked and packed hydrangeas. There were deadlines to be met because I could only pick within a certain time frame during the day so having strong time management helped me to succeed in this role.

My role included tasks like parking organisation, VIP lounge host, COVID passport scanning, and ticket sales. This job consisted of responsibilities such as serving customers, working independently and within a group and communicating with my team to ensure the smooth running of events.

• The ability to work both independently and in a team was essential within this work. I would often have to pick sunflowers with my colleagues in the mornings, then cut flax throughout the afternoon alone.
