
I assisted in the gutting, cleaning and inspection of freshly slaughtered lambs as part of a production line. This involved the safe and efficient use of knives at high speeds, and helped develop my ability to think on my feet in high-stakes environments. Cycling through multiple roles meant I needed to learn fast and adapt my practice within a strict regulatory environment.
