I assisted in the gutting, cleaning and inspection of freshly slaughtered lambs as part of a production line. This involved the safe and efficient use of knives at high speeds, and helped develop my ability to think on my feet in high-stakes environments. Cycling through multiple roles meant I needed to learn fast and adapt my practice within a strict regulatory environment.

This role involved the planning and implementation of four cohesive lesson plans daily. My main goal was building confidence in English among underserviced rural youth in a safe and structured classroom environment, facilitating understanding from the ground up.

Assisting in the manufacturing of export dairy products into China, primarily milk powders and baby powders under the brand Yilli. 12 hr rotating shifts of two days, two nights and four days off.

• Cleaning in adherence to standard operating procedures in relation to the exportation of baby powder and relevant food control plans
• Ability to adapt within differing departments, each requiring respective training and critical control plans for processing requirements

This role involved working for a small local business that operated both a grocery storefront and a kitchen. In addition to supporting retail operations, I worked as a kitchen hand, assisting with food preparation and general kitchen duties, including front of house.
