industrie kitchen is my current job atm, here at industrie i am mostly on the coffee machine but help around other departments like serving at the till, taking payments, serving food/coffee and packing down the cafe.

At baked with love i was one out of the 2 head baristas, i trained new staff who were wanting to become more experienced in the coffee industry and help them where they were stuck. i increased the customers satisfaction with friendly and efficient service. i would always made them feel welcome as they entered by greeting them with a good morning/afternoon with a smile on my face. i would help other departments such as the little retail shop, taking payments, serving at the till, and helping out the back where needed.

the coffee club is where i got trained for making coffee they would get the head office down from auckland to do training once/twice a month, i learnt so much from working at this place, i got trained in the boh also such as making meals, food prep for the next day, doing kitchen ordering, cleaning the fryers/ovens. i also trained a couple of young ones on how to talk to the customers in a friendly way and dealing with issues.

at lone star i was one out of many waitresses so i would go up to the tables ask them if i can start them off with drinks then would go back and take there food order, i would often help in the bar when needed such as preparing drinks & helping with dishes, lone star was my first job i ever got and its where i learnt and enhanced my customer service skills.
