IBP Supply Review Monthly Cycle:
➢ Key support and driver of monthly pre-supply and supply reviews.
➢ Ensure all documentation and analysis are prepared before the review meetings.
➢ Identify risks and opportunities and work through options with a wider
business team via the IBP process.
➢ Lead weekly ITP meetings and pack presentations & Drive continuous improvement:
➢ Identify opportunities for improvement in daily, weekly, monthly processes
