While still in high school I got a job at the local cafe in my area as a dish hand & quickly progressed to FOH, where i started acquiring a taste for hospitality and started learning how to make coffee. From there I completed my level 2 NCEA at cashmere high school & went full time at Qubed Coffee Lounge.

Starting out at high-school I got myself a after school job that i would do an hour worth of delivery's to certain rest-homes in the area and help out with shop cleaning and stock levels.
