As a Senior Lifeguard, my role included in addition to lifeguard duties, duties such as staff induction, training, supervision of lifeguards, shift management.

Provided on site Lifeguard training and maintained workplace standards.

Managed pool operations and staff supervision while Duty Managers are off site.

Lead customer engagement, explaining safety rules and procedures to patrons and guests to inform and educate.

Delivered basic life support in emergency situations and administered CPR to stabilize individuals prior to ambulance arrival.
