In this role I handled customer inquiries courteously and professionally whilst actively listening to their concerns and if required escalated major issues to people leaders.

I have also worked on Phone Assist where I answered customer calls promptly to avoid on-hold wait times. On the counter I have maintained customer satisfaction with forward-thinking strategies focused on addressing customer needs and resolving concerns either myself or by passing on required information to teams that can. I am adept at clarifying customer issues and determined root cause of problems to help find a solution.

In this position I mostly focused on the washing of dishes in a fast moving and high pace restaurant setting whilst also managing the intake of new stock and the correct storage of said stock. I also maintained a cleanly work space to promote team efficiency and health for employees and customers.

In this Role I had to record and transcript weights and type of goods transported by trucks leaving the busy international port, speed and accuracy were crucial to this role as to keep correct records of goods and where they were going without impending the process of getting them to the desired location as quick as possible.
