Waste management TS cover 4 Division, that includes, Living earth, Medical, Hazardous and Parts washer

Living Earth is NZ's largest organic waste to composting operation, as part of its commitment to efficient waste processing in NZ

  • Currently Im delegated role a Living Earth's CSR
  • Also, my role cover's other branches that covers Medical, Hazardous, and Parts washer
  • Attending to the phone call, dealing with the customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service for all the divisions
  • Prompt processing of orders, received by telephone, emails salesforce,JDE order processing, data entry, complaint resolutions, and timely return of all calls as necessary
  • Meeting all customer targets
  • Follow up with all phone calls until the expectations are fully met by the customers
  • Working closely with Sales managers to ensure that product stewardship & quality company objectives are met
  • Ensuring all the Living earth processes are met on a timely basis, such as order processing, checking stock level, releasing stock, planning and organizing transportation, cross-checking completed delivery, coordinating of return products & pallets, and processing of credit notes, processing invoices for bag & bulk orders, preparing purchase orders, purchase order receipting by checking supplier invoice reconciliation, ensuring that all the requirements are completed to close of the end of the month
  • Coordinating of return goods, and processing of credit notes
  • Respectfully coordinating with the internal team members, production/ operations team, sales managers, CSS, dispatchers, Accounts payable, and credit control
  • Have been a member of the Health and safety committee

  • Monitoring and maintaining office stock and if run low, then order stock with the suppliers

  • Assisting the team whenever required
  • Organising outgoing courier, freight forwards and distribution of incoming courier/ mails to the staffs
