Good, strong leadership is the key to getting the best out of any team or business and I firmly believe in leading by example, of setting clear guidelines and boundaries where necessary, so that each member is clear about what is required of them for the business to achieve results. I have supervised the employment and payroll between 100 to 160 employees and liaised with client businesses to ensure the right person is in the right job. My experience also includes the responsibility of bringing up my three children single handed for a period from 2000 this was challenging but very rewarding time in my life and taught me a great deal about myself and empathy for others. Whilst being mature and professional, you will also find that I have a keen sense of humour, am very easy to get along with and don’t take myself too seriously.In the last several years I worked when I wanted to but have decided to seek emloyment back into the workforce in stable employment and more back to floorwork not office/supervision work.
