• Build relationships and liaise in a professional manner with candidates, internal stakeholders, and clients
• Responsible for liaising with appropriate stakeholders for query resolution and ensuring extension of paperwork where required
• Overall accountability for ensuring that all temporary employee and contractor checks, extensions, completion, and compliance documentation are executed according to specific client SLAs and that the process is continuously communicated to all parties involved
• Where appropriate, support Team Leader with induction and training of new team members utilising available training resources, which can further include assisting junior team members in the absence of a Team Leader
• Review account and candidate experience process improvements with team leader on a period basis and provide suggestions for improvement to the candidate experience
