Accomplishments


  • After cashiering for a year at Costco Wholesale I was transferred to membership so that I could sign members up due to my communication skills. This includes taking extra time and care with unhappy customers. Once I had learned how to do my job I was able to teach new staff members and coach them on how to perfect their role in the company.


  • When I was 14 I worked at the northwest shopping mall as an ambassador during the holidays. I did such a good job that I was offered the role again the next year. When I turned 17 I worked in hospitality for a year as both waiter and kitchen hand during high school. The constant stress of studying for NCEA from Mondays to Fridays and then working weekends on top of that was difficult but I managed to perceiver and accomplish it all. That helped shape me into the hard worker I am today.
