Nafanua Ah Loe

This position encompassed a diverse range of roles and responsibilities. Primarily, I was engaged in the production process, working with raw materials to manufacture our products. Collaboration was essential, as I frequently interacted with team members, including both experienced colleagues and those in training. We collectively aimed to achieve production targets while upholding stringent safety standards.

During my tenure, I had the opportunity to train and mentor new employees, which allowed me to learn from those with more experience. This role provided continuous opportunities for both teaching and learning, enhancing my ability to work effectively within a team and adapt to various communication styles. It was a fast-paced and hands-on environment that proved to be both challenging and rewarding in a social light.

In my role, I had the pleasure of helping customers find their seats, especially ensuring that those with disabilities had a comfortable experience. I tackled inquiries about tickets, pricing, and promotions while keeping an eye on security in the hallways and movie rooms during showtimes. My tasks also included managing waste disposal from concession stands and bathrooms, sharing the latest showtimes and new releases, and organizing lines and promotional materials for big movie launches.

I even got to sweep the floors and guide guests to their seats, all while following health practices and collaborating with an awesome team. Processing admission payments and issuing tickets was part of the fun too! This experience really boosted my customer service skills and taught me to trust my instincts in various situations. I’ve learned to think on my feet and handle pressure with confidence and efficiency!
