  • Work with SaaS solution providers to effectively manage the onboarding and adoption of SaaS products and tooling.
  • Effectively Managing Stakeholders by identifying and prioritising their needs, establishing communication channels and regularly communicating with them to manage their expectations around the scope and delivery. Ensuring that the performance of all my teams are actively measured and monitored. Impediments are identified as quickly as possible and actively managed to resolve.

In this role I was responsible for leading and growing a product engineering team of ~10 engineers, which also included Lead Engineers. Recruitment, and onboarding was major part of my role in supporting the scaling vision of Xero.
