Grab & Go: Innovated a method for customers to grab & go, new orders from the store without any rep interferences during the pandemic. Reused the telesales framework of in-store pickup to implement curb-side pickup which brought in business for the retail store and also helped the reps to get commission. 96.5% engagement rate for grab & go.

Customer Experience Platform (CXP): Managing team of developers on backend domain services as part of CXP which is a component of the newly reformed architecture, for the unified e-commerce transactions between different business channels. SME for more than four domain services and took out the role as release manager in various sprint releases.

North Star Architecture: Designed and built teams while restructuring the 20 year old architecture to improve customer experience and NPS score. Shaped the team to have a good root-cause analysis culture and delivered 700+ user stories with 0.7% fallout by identifying and fixing 1500+ defects. Create a distributed scalable platform which improves the NPS score from 28 to 33, call reduction from 105M to 90M, increase 2X protection revenue and $180M in accessories revenue.

Ticketon: Organized and managed cross-functional team during project wide hackathon for crunching the production ticket numbers. Recommended new ideas with the help of failure mode and effect analysis of the tickets which helped with the increase in the revenue, customer engagement and rep commission.

Auto-Activation: Optimized the code to design and construct the smart setup framework to automate the device activation failures which reduced the IVR call-ins. Saved 4.3K call-ins and 95.6% success rate.

Smart Setup: Reused the smart setup framework to help decrease the rep-customer transaction time by 48%, previously the customer had to stay with the rep at the store to do content transfer from the old device to the new and also activate all the features and offers added to the order. Campaigned for smart setup framework and led multiple teams to come together to deliver the project which completed 56.4% orders under

Custom Fit: Lead and worked on e2e plug and play application to migrate the data usage app from legacy framework to microservices and ReactJS tech stack. This acted as the proof of concept for the transformation of other components of the retail POS application.
