With over 20 years of professional experience at MSD in various roles, my confidence in my strengths, knowledge, and qualifications aligns perfectly with the requirements of this position. Throughout my career, I have continuously developed both personally and professionally, acquiring a wide range of skills that seamlessly transfer to the role of Intervention Officer. One such skill is active empathic listening, which involves attentively listening without judgment to truly understand the feelings, emotions, experiences, and thoughts of whānau. This approach to listening fosters mutual understanding, trust, and uplifts the mana or dignity of others.
