I have been a Registered Nursing for the last 14 years. Born and bred in Nelson, but my whanau originated from the North Island. Over the last 3 years I have focused on a Clinical Nurse Manager role which has lead to 3 years of success of personal growth and development. Leading a highly effective team in challenging times and forever changing circumstances. I am a highly-motivated employee with the desire to take on new challenges to improve outcomes. I have shown great adaptability and flexibility through my management roles and always aspire to achieve more. I like to share my knowledge and like to drive and support others to develop to their full potential. I hold an Expert Level Portfolio, have a Post Graduate Certificate in Health Sciences and continuing to work towards my Masters of Nursing in second semester at Victoria University.
