I am a trained chef with over 20 years experience in the hospitality industry.

I have worked in Auckland and abroad in various restaurants and café's

Local cafés include Ginger café and the Cider Shed.

The past 4 years have been taken up from owning a successful takeaway business which we are in the process of selling.

My passion is food, both sweet and savoury which I like to cook with a high level of creativity. I work well in a team environment and I am honest and hard working.
