In the last year my partner and I started our own company, so I decided to take some time to help him develop and grow the business. The business is now up and running and doing well and no longer needs my administration support in a full-time capacity.
I am now looking for a part time administration role, preferably close to our home. I have over 15 years’ experience in administration in different varied roles and have outlined that below.
It is important to me that I am part of a team that encourages a supportive work environment and positive culture with well-being at the forefront. My favourite part of my career to date has been building relationships with many different people from all walks of life and I believe this is one of my strongest skills.

Manage all aspects of client events, staff functions, workshops and annual community planting days, including booking facilities, transport, invites, and catering as required.
Arrange travel, accommodation and rental car bookings for consultants as required.
Provide support to a senior management position in the absence of the Senior Office Administrator, including managing emails, calendar bookings, travel and other support as needed.
Coordination, preparation and distribution of project documents and reports including formatting, printing, binding, laminating and electronic filing.
Provide support and assistance to the receptionist including any training that might be needed.
