  • I started at Wai-west Horticulture as an orchard assistant doing various orchard tasks
  • I was then offered the position as 2IC to my 'then' block supervisor and after 1 year I was offered the Block Supervisor position with 4 permanent staff and teams of both Tongan and Nivan RSE which I accepted
  • I went on to study for 3 years gaining levels 3 and 4 in Horticulture through the PITO cadetship program
  • Over the years with Wai-West I have done many different leadership and staff management courses
  • I have a current Growsafe, first aid, chainsaw, F endorsed forklift tickets and high regard to health and safety
