  • I have worked for Jim's Mowing for the last two summers that I have been home in Invercargill. The job I was doing involves mowing lawns, trimming edges and hedges, and also gardening.
  • Before this, I also worked as a laborer in landscaping for a few years during school holidays.
  • A lot of mowing is done for people who are either elderly or not in a position to do it themselves, so putting the customer first, so that they can be happy with the results, was a priority.

  • This was a great way to form a great understanding of customer service while still keeping to the safety and regulations of each event, including with heavily intoxicated individuals.
  • This was organized through our 1st XV manager as a fundraiser for the worlds in Abu Dhabi.
