Focused and a sponge for knowledge I consider that there are more than 1 way to do a job and will accept advice from all aspects, but in saying that im pretty confident and able to do any job the most safest and efficient way with quality also being a priority. I have done the ground work before i jumped into a machine so im not shy to get out and help my fellow teammate. im willing to also pass on knowledge of my own to someone who is interested, i have time for people if they have time for me. Operating isn't just a position to me, there are alot of things you must take into consideration such as service workers and other groundsmen surrounding the machine at times, also if i can make someone else's job easier without it affecting my task, or if it will make my task easier in the future then i wont hesitate to discuss about it with whomever is concerned. being considerate can also be productive. There are also responsibilities outside of the machine. i love the outside thinking involved when it comes to completing a job rather then just pulling levers and barking orders. like most people i just want to get in, get the job done, and get out without having to go back and always pressing forward so we can dig for a better future.
