This is a small business that I set up with my partner, in this we weed gardens, mow lawns, remove mess, clean up outdoor areas and more. We are still currently quite small but we take great pride in making everyone's property look perfect.

Established strong customer relationships through excellent communication and attentive service. I have consulted with customers to assess needs and propose optimal solutions.

• I worked full-time over the summer of 2023 whilst completing a report for a university paper, then stayed working full-time and am still working there now.
• In this job I stock shelves with produce, create displays that look appealing, clean shelves, machines and more in a timely manner.
• I also strive to ensure customers get what they need/want and put them first.

• I worked this job full time weekdays while finishing off my 2IC role on saturdays
• In this role I learnt a lot about customer service and getting things done in a timely manner as we had deadlines for deliveries but also had to ensure the customers products were in perfect condition.

• This job required me to understand all aspects of the warehouse such as inwards, stock control dispatch as well as monitoring pick up customers and motivating workers to hit their KPIs each day
• I also have my forklift certificate on counterbalance and stock picker forklifts from this job

• This job required me picking items around the warehouse, fulfilling orders requiring decisions on how to pack efficiently and effectively
