I have been appointed many different roles at this job, each of which brought more responsibilities to which I quickly acclimated. This job has taught me teamwork and leadership skills as well as shaped me to excell in fast paced working environments.

• Prepared alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Ensured sanitation of bar area, and equipment; Kitchen and FOH
• Processed cash and card payments via POS system and kept track of bar tabs.
• Maintained knowledge of bar and kitchen inventory.
• Set up tables according to the size and preferences of bookings.
• Performed opening and closing duties; including restocking supplies and end-shift cleaning.
• Assisted cooks in preparing and plating meals.

I have worked several jobs through TRN, namely...

• Multiple shifts as a FOH and Kitchen at the Te Pae Convention Centre and large hotels.
• As a cash retailer at several events including the 2023 Elton John concert, and the Tash Sultana & Ocean Alley concert.
• As a brand ambassador for Over Yondr at the Chris Rock gig in 2022.

This job was entirely new to me as I had no prior experience as a gardener or business coordinator. However, the experience has and continues to strengthen my skills in critical thinking, adaptability, and time management.

• Maintaining gardens and grounds of private properties
• Forecasting and scheduling appointments.
• Responding to inquiries from clients regarding our services.
• Creating and sending invoices.

This job although seasonal, greatly challenged and assisted me in growing my discipline and time management skills.

• Harvested ripe cherries from trees
• Worked long hours in extremely varying outdoor weather conditions
• Carried and transported heavy equipment across uneven ground
