
Hi, my name is Neha, and I'm 20 years old. I'm currently working for James Cook hotel, grand chancellor in Wellington as a food and beverage attendant. My areas of expertise within the job lie in being a great F&B with proven success by training new employees after only working there for just 1 month. Catering food for the residents, serving them tea and meals throughout the day, doing the dishes, and keeping the kitchen clean. Knowing all the residents dietary and health requirements as that is the most important thing while working with very fragile adults.

Stars Programme, Graeme Dingle Foundation Marlborough, Involved in the Stars programme in 2022 which is a mentoring programme run by the Graeme Dingle Foundation Marlborough. Selected as one of the senior peer mentors. This programme involved a regular commitment to plan, run, and evaluate mentoring sessions for a class of Year 9 students at Marlborough Girls College. Helped organise lessons on key life skills like goal setting, time management, good communication skills and building positive relationships. Received a Special Award for Leadership and Service STARS Award at the end of the year.
