This special time was used to create irreplaceable memories with my 2 year old twin boys and foster their learning and development at home through play and exploration on the farm.

Maintained and fostered positive relationships with tamariki, whānau and staff.

Implemented Te Whāriki in all of my teaching practice to support tamariki in their learning, play and care routines.

Participated in professional development opportunities, ensuring I was acquiring new knowledge that'd support my teaching practice.

Worked collaboratively with the team to ensure all tamariki were supported in their learning and development.

Communicated with parents and whānau about their child's progress.

Completed learning stories on Educa to track tamariki learning and development.

Notes:

- August 2022-April 2023: Maternity Leave.

- April 2023-June/May 2023: Worked 2 months before deciding I was not ready for work.

- January 2024: Returned back to work.

Implemented Te Whariki into my teaching practice.

Worked alongside experienced kaiako that guided me through my Bachelors in Early Childhood Education.

Fostered healthy relationships with tamariki ensuring they felt safe and secure in their learning environment.

Used Story Park to create and track tamariki learning and development progress.
