Volunteered for the annual Tet Ben Tay festival organized by the Vietnamese community in Vancouver.

• Participated in planning and organizing the event over a 3-month period prior to each Tet holiday
• Contributed to visual design and decoration of venues to reflect traditional Vietnamese culture
• Assisted with welcoming guests, providing directions, and ensuring a warm, inclusive atmosphere
• Coordinated with other volunteers to manage schedules, prepare materials, and run activities smoothly
• Gained valuable experience in event planning, creative design, and public interaction

• Worked part-time while attending high school.
• - Welcomed customers, scheduled appointments, and maintained front desk operations
• - Responded to client inquiries both in-person and over the phone
• - Supported team coordination during busy hours
