• Technical product specialist across PSR/TBR/Retread segments.
• Support sales team by developing and presenting product solutions to national fleets.
• Manage product warranties: investigation, customer support and resolution for product issues and defects across PSR/TBR/Retread for Bridgestone and Tonys Tyre Service network.
• Conduct and manage product testing across PSR/TBR/Retread for product development and market validation for NZ market.
• Quality control and manage quality improvement activities - root cause analysis and implement countermeasures across Bandag retread production factories in Auckland, Rotorua, Christchurch.
• Data analysis and interpretation on market, scrap, competitor surveys for product planning and development.
• Develop and provide technical training.
• Subject matter expert for warranty processes throughout national business on SAP ERP software.

• Assist with designing and manufacturing components for motorsport racing projects.
• Repairing mechanical system malfunctions & replacing parts and components
• Verify vehicle serviceability by conducting test drives, adjusting controls and systems.
• Controlling and ensuring the technical and performance requirements are met upon delivery and within schedule.

Part time

• Assist store manager and the team to ensure store sales and targets are met, manage customer experience standards, inventory, cash and administration tasks
• Run the store in the manager and 2IC's absence.
