Operate and maintain Hitachi excavator 13 tonne to 25 tonne, drainage, loadout and handling materials.

Operate and maintain harvester, maize and grass

Operate and maintain fendt, case ih tractors and implements to a high standard

Operate and maintain Western Star truck and trailer carting civil materials and agricultural materials.

Wearing appropriate PPE gear

Experience as follows but not limited too;

• Work as a team and or take leadership when needed or have the ability to work alone. Take instructions and criticism and willingness to learn new things and equipment to further my experience.
• Assess all equipment including implements, case ih tractors, trucks used during season and off season. Maintained/service and perform to my best ability any repairs
• Setup and maintain krone forage harvesters (chopper). Identify problems and fix or report to management and or approved krone dealer to fix if beyond my expertise.
• 5 years chopping experience both grass and maize krone 650, krone 850, krone 1100. Both on farm and company land. Chopped beside truck and trailer and tractor trailers setups.
• Accessed product and adjust to customers needs.
• Square and round baler combi baling. Krone square, New Holland and kuhn combi bales. Also demonstrate a john deere combi baler. Setup and maintained to ensure top quality products for customers
• Mowing grass with both double and butterfly setups with claas gear. Maintained gear for smooth operation
• Raking with both quad rotor and twin rotor rakes in front of baler and harvesters. Conditioning for hay or early season balage.
• Tractor trailor products including silage both grass and maize, bales, fertilizer etc
• Ground work including discing ground both ex grass and ex maize, powerharrowing, ripping, tilling. Sowing including direct drilling and undersowing.
• Side dressing maize and grass fertilizer for both farmers and company own ground with kuhn spreader. Calibrated and maintained right rate is followed.
• Solid manure spreading both on farm and company own products with strautmann spreader. Ensure right rate is followed
• Combine harvesting maize grain with john deere 9550.
• 7 years truck and trailor experience. Bulk, flat deck and stock cartage from previous job. Long and short cart. Clean license and record.
• Front end loader work, loading/moving bales, bulk. Used both tractor and jcb 435s loader.

Experience as follows but not limited too;

• Work as a team or alone as required and report to owner when required and monthly meeting with completed tasks and new projects to be done. Run down on all machinary issues and hours, kms.
• Maintenance on all equipment and fix equipment. Basic weilding etc
• Cropping and new grass preparations from spraying out to drilling using claas and case ih tractors.
• Balage/silage work, Mowing, raking, Bale cartage.
• Truck and trailer, stock cartage, bulk and flat deck using freightliner truck. Grease and maintain.
• Basic digger work, New tracks, new culverts, Grease and maintain. Used kabelco 7 tonne digger.
• General hand on dry stock farm. Yard work, basic fencing, general farm work.

• Raking quad rotor, twin rotor rake
• Manure spreading strautmann spreader
• Truck only silage, bulk, flat deck cartage
• Maintain gear, Grease checks oils, service during season and post season checks.
• Work as a team or alone as required

• Manage 380ha Angus stud farm. Reporting to farm owners monthly
• Feed management plan for stock, supplements, pasture management.
• Manage small team daily tasks and projects going forward
• Follow AI programme for cattle
• Organize contractors

• Stock movements, setup temporary fences, feed out supplements
• Work alone or as a team as required.

• Help out Cropping division when there are quiet times.
• Yard work, organizing stock ready for works etc.
• Learning basic farm planning, management, pasture management

• First aid comprehensive course
