*Miramar Central school- new gender neutral toilet block, new kitchen and windows, Hall upgrade managed job through to completion.

*Plimmerton School library Re-build the old building had black mold so it was demolished the books where sent off for cleaning and a new library was repositioned and incorporated into the existing structure.

*High Commission of India a high spec job with top security measures we had the carpentry contract there for framing, doors, and finishing work. This involved me working directly with the architects in making there design work.

*Aluminum fit-out level 4-6 of Deloitte building i ran a team off builders alongside with choice commercial to finish this job.
