Nicholas Teh

Kia Ora my name is Nicholas Teh. I am a second year student studying a Bachelor of Commerce, Majoring in Managament at the University of Otago. I am a hardworking student seeking part time employment. I have a positive attitude and motivation to learn new things. I grew up in Wellington and attended Wellington College for 4 years. Throughout high school I swam and played water polo at a national level from 2016 to 2019 (until my knee injury) which unfortunately prevented me from competing at the same level. I am still very passionate about swimming as it has helped me develop important life skills as well as local, regional and national friendships which I still value to this day. During my spare times I enjoy going to the gym, diving as well as spending quality time with my friends and family. I have also completed a 3 day barista course with Mojo.

I also worked for the Deloitte Corporate Sustainability team (consisting of 5 people) for 8 weeks during December 2023 - January 2024. During this time I completed a number of projects including analysis and promotion (marketing material) of waste reduction for Deloitte. This included comparing and applying different companies reported waste management strategies. I
