Duties and Responsibilities:

• Discover customer needs and requirements with respect to Robotron products
• Design IT solutions to meet customer needs and execute/manage implementation
• Develop instructions for Robotron programmer/analysts by creating detailed design specifications including system narratives, file layouts, screen layouts, report layouts and program narratives
• Trouble shoot and provide solutions to operational issues (including IT, comms and security)
• Creating system guidelines and manuals for customer employees
• Analyse data contained in corporate database and identify data integrity issues with existing and proposed systems and implement solutions
• Overseeing implementation, coordinating tests and observing initiation of system to validate performance
• Coordinate and link computer systems to increase compatibility
