• Product Assembly - Assemble products from various components in a timely manner accordingly to drawings, and work instructions.
• Assemble and configure manual and powerchairs and other disability equipment ready for customers according to instructions.
• Product returns - Maintain and repair equipment.
• Ensure returns are processed in a timely manner.
• Inwards goods - inspect and check all incoming products and materials to ensure quantities ordered agree with those received and the quality standards are met, report any variences.
• Warehousing - All products and materials are labelled correctly to agreed standard.
• Product is rotated where possible (Fifo)
• Dispatch - Pack and dispatch outbound customer orders without delays in a way that prevents transit damage.
• Pick, configure (where required) pack and dispatch sales orders in line with agreed processing frame.
