As an Assistant Mathematics professor at one of the top colleges of the province, it was my duty to focus on helping students understand the purpose of their course and deliver high quality lectures and maintain standards and the reputation of the college. Moreover, this college was my own college where I studied for 7 years (high school, BSc and MSc) and proved my interest and knowledge in Mathematics. Being one of the top students in the whole province and having cleared the National Eligibility test for Assistant Professor, I was given the opportunity to teach and enhance my teaching skills at my own college. My detailed responsibilities were:

• Enhanced student understanding by designing interactive and engaging lectures.
• Establish and integrate clear objectives for all lessons, units, and projects, creating and implementing innovative lesson plans in line with state curriculum and college curriculum standards
• Encourage students to persevere with challenging tasks while also teaching students to utilize problem-solving methodology and techniques during tests to increase achievement
• Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet students' varying needs and enhance learning
• Attend staff meetings while also serving on Math Curriculum Writing Committee
• Effectively communicate with peers, colleagues, administrators, and parents to meet and exceed teaching goals
• Create and sustain interactive classroom atmosphere to maintain student interest and facilitate learning
• Correctly identify areas of weakness with individual students, tailoring lessons accordingly to further increase student learning.

Here I have been teaching and developing students of Primary and Secondary sector. I have been passionately teaching Mathematics, physics, chemistry, English (literature and Grammar), Hindi and Punjabi up to level 12.
