Summary

With over 25 years of experience as an EA/PA at a high level, I have developed highly effective planning and superior organizational skills. Throughout my career, I have successfully managed multiple diaries and emails, as well as handled all domestic and international travel arrangements for CEs, GMs, and senior leadership teams. As highlighted in my CV, I have also organized off-site meetings for management teams and conferences, taking care of all bookings, travel, and accommodation arrangements. Proficient in the Microsoft Suite and experienced in using BoardPro to minute board and senior leadership meetings, I am always eager to learn new systems and applications to better support my manager and team. My recent experience at Whaiora has provided me with valuable exposure to the Māori world, having completed Te Tiriti training and the Engaging Well course. Building a strong team culture is a personal passion of mine, along with delivering excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders. With my skills, experience, outgoing personality, and adaptability to any situation, I have consistently been an asset to every organization I have worked for. I am excited about the opportunity to bring these qualities to this role.
