- Bath, sponge, shower, wash hair, help them to get undressed, dressed
- Hygiene for incontinence, clean teeth and dentures – simple mouth cares
- Check empty commode make their bed change linen sheets, pillow case
- Empties catheter drainage bag and bowel and perineal care
- Help with mobility like those who are weak to use walker need hand to help them walk to the toilet, lounge or dining
- Change position of resident’s regularly like every 4 hours
- Help to make breakfast; morning tea and lunch deliver their trays to their room if they can’t come to the dining
- Collect and send to the kitchen to be washed
- Help to feed them if they can’t do it alone
- Take the dirty laundry to wash, dry and fold them send to the linen cupboard
- Lift and transfer using hoist, standing hoist and transfer board from bed to chair vice versa, adjust bed position using remote to raise and lower the bed position
- Fill up Progress notes and Care plan once all work is done and complete my timesheet for the morning shift with end of week report completed sign by the Registered Nurse or the Facility Manager
