CLUB EXPERIENCE

  • Emerson’s Dunedin Marathon - Fundraising for the Mental Health Foundation - 2025
  • I ran the Emerson's half-marathon in September, which was an extremely challenging, yet rewarding journey for me as a beginner. I raised hundreds of dollars for the Mental Health Foundation and was motivated to push myself not for the medal, but for those who are struggling mentally.
  • NZ Fight & Fitness - Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu - 2023-Present
  • I train in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, which is a discipline that teaches many important lessons and values, such as integrity, teamwork, discipline, and development. The sport focuses on technique over strength, and is known as the “gentle” martial art. “You can’t lose in Jiu-Jitsu, you either win or you learn.”
  • Anytime Fitness - 2021-Present
  • I am incredibly passionate about my fitness and health, and for years have loved weightlifting and cardio training combined with dieting to reach results. This requires strong discipline and commitment to seeing great physiological self-improvement.
