Additional Information

I have previously worked at a pub where I got hands-on experience for a few months. I understand this isn't a lot of time within the industry however whilst working there I have a better understanding of how a kitchen is run. I am confident in my ability to perform effectively and keep up with the demands of a kitchen environment. I am eager to apply the knowledge and skills I have acquired through my studies & previous work experience and am committed to learning and growing on the job.
