Hi I'm Ollie a 20-year-old young man that has a large passion for agriculture and heavy machinery operations. Throughout my years of employment, I have worked on farms and for contracting business as well as within a large earthmoving business. The skills I have acquired through out these roles I would believe complement nicely to Kinsman contracting and I would love to make something work.

• Ivan Court Farming, This is where I started out my carrier operating medium sized agriculture machinery. Within a small sized arable operation carrying out tasks such as ploughing and cultivation for potatoes and onion preparation
• Nichol Farming LTD, At Nichol farming I further expanded my career in arable farming. Carrying out tasks within the farm such as stock work with lambs and cattle in and out of yards. Then further expanding into the arable side of the farm, being involved in machine operation carrying out tasks such as cultivation, drilling and setting up the machines involved. And further into the season being involved with harvest which included chaser bin driving, driving trucks and straw movements.
• Ian Leathwick Contracting, This is where I got my experience in large scale earthmoving whilst carrying out large pipeline contracts for irrigation schemes, this also includes use of GPS grade machines for trench work. And other general farm maintenance which would include other tasks such as scraper work and trailer work behind a large tractor.
• Van leeuwan Dairy Group, From here is where I expanded my knowledge with large scale silage movements and effluent management. Also, here I gained the opportunity to take over a senior roll of the silage movements and people management. Which gave me the opportunity to operate a wide range of large machinery such as a Claas jaguar 950 and large triple axel loader wagons.
• Wairuna farm has been a great opportunity for me to learn a lot more on the arable side of farming, with the majority of the 900 ha of arable land being all in small seeds I have learnt a lot when it comes to crop management, harvesting , harvest timings, seed bed prep, and drilling. with this being a large arable farm I gained the opportunity to become one of the main header drivers and I am now in my second full season of operating one of 3 class lexions. My other main roll is that I operate a JCB 4220 which means I do majority of the farms drilling with a 6m Amazone cirrus and a 4m muzri pro till , along with this I also do the farms Fert spreading and some contracting with the drills and spreader.
