Currently I'm working as a core member of the Noel Leeming Moorhouse Avenue branch. My role here isn't just one task. I am customer facing but also liaising with suppliers on delivery's, ETAs and stock. I deal with repairs when required which involves communication with repair agents and customers to ensure time efficiency of repairs. I also inslip stock and manage stock movement in and out of the store. I promote high customer and supplier satisfaction by resolving problems with creative resolutions and friendly service but also plenty of knowledge which I have accumulated over my time here.

Main duties here were serving food and beverages to customers, prepare and organise weddings, conferences and functions, and coordinating guest and golf check-ins and check-outs while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Fast paced environment where multi taking was critical. Checking stock levels regularly and ordering supplies when necessary and making sure the resorts restaurant facilities were locked up for the night.

Lakestone Lodge is based in Twizel where I lived for the year in 2018. My main roles here where administrative tasks (answering phone calls, making/cancelling bookings, and taking payments), along with basic housekeeping when required and working in the restaurant in food and beverage which included making coffees, making and serving cocktails and other alcoholic beverages. Working here we had some very high profile guests come through so maintaining client confidentiality along with delivering exceptional customer service was essential, and something I managed well

During the summer seasons of 2017 I was a lifeguard at 3 of my local pools. I obtained my first aid certificate through this job. Main responsibilities in my role as a lifeguard included ensuring the safety of the public, taking payment upon customer arrival, and maintaining the pool areas to keep people safe and the area free of hazards along with water testing 3 times a day
