As a People Experience Advisor at Xero I worked closely with HRBP's and People Leaders in our Engineering function. I provided HR coaching and advice across ER, performance management, recruitment, remuneration strategy, people engagement, change management and people analytics.
As part of the Human Capital service line, I supported multiple Government Agencies on a wide range of projects.
